The hotel was so lovely, they had complimentary coffee, teas, water, and hot chocolate and the rooms were beautiful. The only cons were there are no microwave in the rooms and the team seems pretty lazy but they were nice.

Very noisy room- complained to staff but nothing changed. No cups in the room. Dark light in bathroom. Probably wouldn’t stay again. Convenient location though .

The property is centrally located with walking to attractions, restaurants, bars and CVS. The bathrooms could use more detail cleaning. Found several hairs in various places in the bathroom. Fridge was dirty. We did not use Housekeeping services during our stay but was accommodated when we requested fresh towels. More attention would be recommended to deep cleaning on the rooms.

"Front desk manager was very rude and I had the worst experience checking in. Hotel needs update badly! Especially the bathroom! The pool was dirty and closed at 6pm when the weather was still nice. Definitely not recommend staying there!"
