"We stayed 3 nights and the place was great. Clean, both rooms offer Queen beds. TV in family room if you choose. We used the bbq on site and it worked flawlessly. Nice deck to sit, relax, read, etc. Lake is maybe 1/4 from the property. So you can walk or drive over.Beverly, one of the hosts who i cummicated with from start to finish was just super. Quick to respond to your questions. Will be back to this cabin again for sure. Do yourselve a favor and check this cabin out for yourself. You will be as happy as we were.Mike"

"We were four couple and two kids, here for a week, for a family reunion and wedding. The bedroom in the basement had private bath, walkout doors, perfect for our bride and groom. Two bedrooms on main floor had private baths. Two bedrooms with lots of beds shared a bath upstairs (great for a family with kids). Small A/C units in bedrooms, "swamp cooler" in living room and large fans throughout the house kept things comfortable in July. The backyard/patio is amazing. (See photo.) A short walk gets you into "downtown." (Restaurants, stores, mini-golf, park and playground, public pool.) Best of all, for the summer months, the house has a membership at Twain Harte Lake, which is a short drive, and is lovely and relaxing, with snack a bar available.Scott was very responsive and helpful. There is plenty of room to park up to seven carsWe live on the East Coast and don't expect to get out to CA much, but if we get an opportunity to go back to Twain Harte, I would be delighted to rent this house again."
