"The lights need upgrade to brighter LED in all parts of the room. Because the building structure is old, and when people walk on the upper room, specially with kids, the floor noise is unusually loud."

"Great place to stay clean and not to expensive"

"4th time I’ve stayed here. Nothing much has changed which is both good and bad. First the good ; it’s very centrally located within walking distance of the Lake, the Casinos, Target and the Heavenly Tram. The place is clean , has a great hot tub the size of a small swimming pool and an actual pool. The bad ain’t terrible, it’s just really old. It was built as a timeshare half a century ago and it could use an update. However everything works and is maintained the best they can. I’m sure if they ever get round to updating the price will go way up too so I’m torn. I will definitely be back though and if your into well priced nostalgia I can really recommend it."

"I would give Marriott’s Timber Lodge an overall rating of 3 out of 5 stars. The best parts of the stay were the location, cleanliness, and staff service. The hotel is in a great central area with easy access to shops, restaurants, and nearby attractions, and it is not far from the lake. The room itself was clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff members were helpful and professional whenever assistance was needed, which was definitely a highlight of the stay. The pool was warm and enjoyable, and the jacuzzi area was a nice amenity for relaxing after the day. The downsides were mostly related to value, convenience, and room issues. The room was expensive for what was advertised as a luxury stay, but it felt more like a standard room. It was located far from the lobby on the fourth floor in the back section of the property, which made getting to and from the room inconvenient. The hallway and room area also felt poorly ventilated, with heavy air that made it uncomfortable at times. Inside the room, the bathroom door lock was broken, the TV had no remote at first, and the television was unplugged. Another disappointment was that no breakfast was included or available in the morning, which would have added more value to the stay. While the pool and jacuzzi were nice, several jacuzzis were under maintenance during the stay, leaving only a few available. Parking was another major drawback, since valet was the main option at a high daily cost. Had to use public parking area."

"Amazing resort, with restaurant, bar and game room with pool tables and shuffleboard. BBQ's available outside and when its snowing the kids can make snowmen in this area. There is a indoor, outdoor pool and jacuzzi, which is super nice when there is snow."

"The wifi did not work but they gave us a small refund for that. The heat/ac unit was so noisy is sounded like a strong wind blowing when it kicked on. No ice on premises. They did respond immediately to all questions. The whole outside looked a little shabby and run down. "
