"The hotel was nice. We had a poolside room with a balcony that opened right next to the indoor pool. The pool area is beautiful and makes you feel like you are outside. The rooms were a nice size for a family. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety of food and fresh cut fruit. There was a little altercation between two families while we were at the pool and security was quick to respond and take care of the situation. "

"From my money concerns, the front desk addressed everything. They were so kind and helpful, and very accommodating to us since my husband's on oxygen and can't walk far. They originally had a scheduled for a mid hall room but then moved us to the second floor right off the elevator which was excellent. I was concerned because of a couple bad reviews I had read, but the front desk did everything in their power to put my mind to ease and my concerns were unfounded.d "
