« We spent a lovely week at Pam & Mike's house which is very well located, within walking distance of Short Sands Beach, shops and parks for young and old and also a few miles from the grocery store and places to visit. « The property and house were well laid out and clean. Perfect for 3 couples easily and great AC (July). A little disconnect between VRBO and owner on check in details but that was easily resolved with direct contact to me from the owner of the property. Highly recommend! »

« My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, spices, dishes, etc. Quiet neighborhood with nice property grounds. We would stay there again. Enjoyed watching the birds with my morning coffee! (See photo) »

« This house was fabulous and perfect for our large family. Everything we needed was all at the house, from the large kitchen to all of the bedrooms with bathrooms. The large dining table was a nice way to have our family dinners every night, with lots of talk about the days adventures.This house was ideal for 14 adults and 4 little ones. If I could give more than 5 stars for this house, I would, and we are planning on coming back next year. »

« The house and grounds are beautiful, especially if you appreciate old historic houses. Issues did arise ut Chelsi responded very quickly. The kitchen is modern w room for lots of cooks. We made use of most of the amenities -pool, sauna, theater room. Location is great- near beach and rail trail, and short distance to rye, Portsmouth, kittery . It worked perfectly for our college roommate reunion. »
