The staff was so incredible!! Especially Ms. Lora, she was amazing and went above and beyond to take care of our group! The breakfast was delicious; the shower was better than my own shower at home!! We will be staying there when we return to the area in May!

2 pizza’s under cooked (refunded), ordered pizza again…undercooked! I was accidentally double charged for parking, The pool area had very strong fumes of chlorine. My eyes and my kids eyes and throats also had burning sensations that took a day to recover from. Great Wolf Lodge needs to find a way to circulate fresh air and maintain the warm temperatures while it’s cold outside. Other than these issues the experience was fun.

The staff was really helpful, polite and accommodating. However, the hotel room was dirty and the carpet floor was very nasty and sticky. It was disgusting to walk in. The staff did change our room.

Any staff person we saw was friendly and quickly accommodating. The handicapped parking and entrance were well laid out, the room was spacious.

Mattresses need to be replaced, room 215. Tub needs to be replaced, water stays in near the drain. The rest of the stay was very good.
