"The staff was amazing! Check in was easy. My son was booked in for a procedure at the U of A hospital. It became more complicated and and took way longer then i had been told it would. I didn't check out before because we were supposed to be done in an hour or so. They extended the room check out for me with no charge, thank you for making a bad day a little brighter. Breakfast was awesome and the hotel is very nice and comfortable. "

"Exteremly dirty. Stains on nearly every surface. Even one of the towels in our room was dirty. Staff were helpful and very friendly, but i dont intend on staying here again. "

"Parking was easy to maneuver and I felt safe getting into the hotel lobby. The room was quite warm but I was able to open my window."

"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The overall cleanliness was far below expectations, the room did not feel properly cleaned, restocked with towels, no coffee or garbages emptied. There were noticeable issues that made it uncomfortable to relax. The mattresses were another major concern. They were extremely worn out and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. For a hotel stay, that’s a basic expectation that wasn’t met. On top of that, the rooms are very outdated and in need of renovation. The furniture, decor, and overall condition felt old and neglected, which added to the poor experience. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made to cleanliness, bedding, and room updates."
