Visit the Lyndon B. Johnson National Historical Park to tour the former president's childhood home and working ranch. Peach orchards dot the surrounding Hill Country, where you can pick your own fruit or sample local peach ice cream during summer harvest season.
This German European Bed & Breakfaat with 4 Cottage options was so quaint and details put into them. Cottages setup as Rapunzel, Rumple Stillskin, Snow White, and Cinderella was in the nearby Country in the Texas Hill Country. It was like a dream! German breakfast served at each Cottage. Henry & Barbara were so welcoming and accomodating. We are definitely heading back again soon!

Perfect place for a socially distanced getaway. We stayed in the Siesta cabin - loved the private roof deck with great views, cabin had everything we needed (though doesn't have cable or wifi, so be prepared). DIY breakfast left in the fridge was a very thoughtful touch (but if you want something more extensive for breakfast, you should bring your own food to supplement). The cabins are pretty far from any restaurant, so you'll want to bring something for dinner - highly recommend swinging by...
