The jacuzzi tub is great. The bed was comfortable. The refrigerator is basically a dorm refrigerator, hence bring a cooler of ice. The coffee maker was excellent. My wife and i enjoyed sitting on the back porch in the morning and evening listening to the creek, watching wildlife and fireflys. Went to the grocery store before arriving and we were sadly disappointed when we arrived.No dishwasher, no stove or oven and could barely fit our groceries in the mini fridge. Had to return to HEB just to buy a mixing bowl and a container that would fit in the little toaster. When we opened the mini frig, we found a wedding cake and a pizza box in inside that we immediately discarded. The location was loud especially at night and we couldn’t be barefoot as we picked up crumbs off the floor. Sorry but we have had better VRBO’s ##### Alison E.
