Great location, clean rooms. However, as the hotel is located above a pub it is noisy and hard to sleep on Friday and Saturday nights. We could hear the pounding music which made it hard to sleep. There is no hotel common area or prescription area….. price reflects what you get.

We asked for 2 breakfasts, there was a lot of confusion and other guests were after us and got there breakfasts.
When our breakfast finally arrived the poached eggs were hard and the bacon was not cooked for long enough.
This weekend was booked as a birthday present for my wife.
We left the guest house very disappointed.

You could not see out of the window, it was covered in plastic green stuff. The tv didn’t work on bbc 1 and England were on bbc1 at 2am in the World Cup!
For the price, I expected better.
Fridge was helpful and 2 bottles of water.
Convenient for the tube.

The room was nice but very over priced considering the bed was a fold out sofa with a duvet that was too small for it.
The locks on the doors are quite temperamental and takes a few attempts to get the doors open.
