"We arrived at 3:10 and tried to check in. I understand that 4:00 pm is the "Official Check-in time", however, to try and CHARGE $20 for an "early check-in" for 40 minutes seemed petty and ridiculous. Also the "Continental Breakfast" was TERRIBLE. The coffee used had to be some cheap brand because it was so bitter, it was practically undrinkable. And WHY Activia fake yogurt rather than an actual healthy brand without additives, preservatives and sugar? And FROZEN WAFFLES?? And plain white bread? If REALLY?? Why not offer at least ONE healthy alternative for cereal; is Raisin Bran that much more expensive? What about some fresh fruit? How about a bowl of apples, bananas, and oranges??"
