« We’ve been on the road across the U.S. for the past 14 days, staying in all kinds of motels and inns, and unfortunately, the Crestview Inn in Branson may be the most disappointing place we stayed at. To start, the employee at check-in was cold and unwelcoming - no smile, no warmth. I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt, assuming maybe we caught him at a bad time. « Important!!! The room itself was great, the process for check in was horrible. The contact less idea is good but I never received an email from the lodge with my room information. I went through Expedia, so if you book a room just make sure you call them or the lodge ahead of time to get your information,especiallyif you are coming in late. It's a great location if you are going to Silver Dollar city, literally less then 2 minutes from parking. »

« Another great stay at The Lofts in the books! We have tried numerous properties In Branson when looking for an affordable stay, always wishing that night that we booked a Lofts room. Quiet units & neighbors, and always very helpful staff. The rooms are up to date, always clean, with beds like clouds. Just skip the hotel…book with the lofts! »

« The people there were really nice explaining to us that the motel wasn't open that they couldn't understand why Expedia kept sending people there with reservations Expedia really dropped the ball on this cause us not to have a motel and had to find something on the fly thank God there was something available on a weekend in Branson »
