The room was so clear and neat. It was the prefect place for us to say to see the Christmas Lights at Silver Dollar City. The room was clean and tidy. The fridge/freezer worked perfectly. A microwave was available. It was a great location for going to Silver Dollar City. The bed in our room was not very comfortable. I commented to White Wing about the bed and they said they do have rooms with newer style mattresses. One of the rooms i reserved i couldn't gain access to. They do not have staff on site so i called and texted their line multiple times trying to gain access to my room. After an hour someone finally arrived to let me in. The staff were very pleasant. ##### Diana Séjour de 4 nuits en octobre 2025 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Diane 28 oct. 2025 Points forts : Propreté While we were there, there was a dog barking in another room quite a bit of the time, probably when it's owners were out the the room When booking the room, I thought I had booked a two bedroom, each with a queen bed, along with a foldout queen couch, but we were assigned a room with only two queen beds so my sister and I had to double up. I visited with my sister and a friend (all seniors). My sister and I have had knee replacements on both knees and we were disappointed that there was no elevator and the outside stairways could have been dangerous when going up and down, especially carrying luggage and other things up three floors. They are a keyless entry and I was supposed to get a room and a code! I didn’t and had to spend the night in another place cause no one was there to help called the number in door no answer and waited no call back! I lost money staying at this place! NO Compensation for the Loss! Area looked ok. The grass had burrs everywhere so it was hard to take the dog out to potty. Bathroom looked dingy. Very low shower water pressure. No GFI in bathroom. Missing fire alarm in one bedroom. Some plates in the cabinet were dirty. There was a recliner in the middle of the breakfast/family room/kitchen area which crowded the area. There was no staff.
