"We have stayed here several times and choose this hotel for its comfy beds, clean rooms, plenty of parking and great price. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Overall, a nice place to stay. Good breakfast too. "

"This is the 2nd time that I've book an IHG property and when I get there to check-in, they tell me they've sold out of the room type I reserved AND paid for! 2 Queen beds for me and my son! This time, I was there early enough to insist they accommodate my reservation. Not so lucky in Tallahassee last time. The front desk clerk mentioned it was because I booked third party - though Expedia would want to know. In addition, they do not have complementary breakfast."

"Arrived late in the evening. TV did not work and bathroom was not clean. Got up early for breakfast and had to wait 45 plus minutes to receive breakfast order before finally giving up and walking out because I was not running late."
