Excellent property and modern considering the typical type of apartments Europeans have.
We had a small issue that was resolved well by front desk staff. Our toilet was backed up and due to the holiday nobody was available for a repair. The front desk assessed the situation and allowed us to switch to a new room to correct the problem.
This was great service and very professional.
This property has great restaurants and cafes near by and a great spa and wellness centre with a pool. Very relaxing and fun.
Great location with easy route to Medugorje within 7mins.

Had never been to Mostar or B&H before but staff made our stay so easy and comfortable. They couldn’t do enough for you in an entirely unassuming way. They were like family friends by the end. We had an amazing 2 nights stay. We booked a regular room, and get upgraded to a balcony room, from the balcony we can see tbe Mostar bridge. Amazing experience.
