"Clean, well stocked kitchen, great location, nice yard"

"It’s in a great location and it was just the right amount of space for us. However, we are very disappointed in the services that were not provided. Our check in time was delayed an hour and still had to wait as the cleaning lady didn’t show up until 5. The cleaning lady supposedly cleaned the entire place in 10 minutes. We had to finish the laundry so we could have clean towels. There were no bed sheets in the laundry so they obviously were not changed from the previous guests. So, we ended up...
