« This place worked nicely for us as our son lives nearby. I cooked my meals, and while the counter space is limited I was able to do what I needed to do. I did bring a couple pans from home as there wasn’t a huge selection provided. The big bathroom is great, as is the huge tv! We enjoyed watching Netflix as if we were in a theater. Handy parking, good location if you’re driving… lots of stores nearby and easy freeway access. It’s not really a “go out and take a walk” kind of neighborhood though....

« This small guest house is located in a great area of Simi Valley close to shopping and restraunts. The owner was very easy to communicate with and responsive. Our only issue was no designated parking and had to park on the street. That is kind of on us, because where we live, parking is not an issue. Needless to say we do not live in California. But the house is beautiful and the host ever so nice. We would stay here again if we ever come back. »

« Beautiful property and very nice host. I wish I had known the guest house was directly behind the owner's home. Less privacy than we would have liked but very, very nice. The property is secure, quiet, and safe. Absolutely gorgeous setting with the pool and hot tub.My only recommendation is to clean the inside of the washer. The front loader is full of mold/mildew but they are very nice and we used them.Thank you for a great stay. »

« Host was very communicative, supportive and helpful. The house was clean and the location and surroundings were very nice. However, the bed was not a queen as listed in the post, it was a double which made it difficult for us to sleep. The posting indicated there was a gym which led me to believe there would be equipment (i.e. a stair stepper) but there was only workout weights in the cabinet. There were items about the house that should have been listed such as how to lock the house, when doing...
