You have to call for clean linens and housekeeping by stopping downstairs which was fine. However we were gone ALL day and nothing at all. I also told them our mini fridge was freezing everything and they said they will take care of that also. Never came and ALL of my veggies and fruit ruined and they couldn’t care less. When I said house keeping didn’t show they sent someone who just handed me a clear bag with new towels nothing else!! The pools a joke do not be fooled by pictures!! No sand and you have to walk through a Smokey cigarette filled casino or walk over a mile and steps. I was so disappointed!!
