Special mention to Pantalis for the wonderful service on the beach, Christina in the Ouzeri, Magda & Evie for being so attentive in looking after us & Vitalia in guest relations for promptly & professionally dealing with any requests. Lastly, its always a pleasure seeing George (old) at breakfast & lunch & hearing all about his family & his daughters forthcoming wedding. This is the only hotel we keep returning to year after year & will continue to do so. Massive thanks to all at The Alila & we look forward to seeing you again next year."

"What a lovely trip! Stayed in a private room as a couple with no kids and it was amazing! The buffet area was a little loud if you’re looking for a child free trip and the food was a little meh. But the service was 10/10 the room was 10/10! "

"We liked the hotel very much but was disappointed in the 'garden'. We had requested a garden room thinking it would be on the edge of a garden. We did indeed have a small patio but beyond that was just a small gravelled area and some bushes. I had hoped to be able to sit in the garden as it is my preference to a pool. There was an additional very small area of grass attached to the covered sitting area of the hotel but this had no shade. But that was my only disappointment. "
