Stunning hotel and amazing rooms. Amazing breakfast and amenities including well equipped gym and pool. The champagne bar was also a highlight. The food was of a good standard in general, but my main complaint is that restaurants cannot be booked before arriving, and when we arrived some of the à la cart options were already fully booked for the full week of our stay. This is unacceptable for a hotel that charges a premium for this. We could also see other guests complaining about this at reception. We also felt the cocktails could be improved and at times it was difficult to get a bed at the pool. Overall great hotel and if they can fix the restaurant booking system would be 5/5.

Had a great stay but do think it lacks the ultra luxury we have experienced elsewhere (for similar or even less £!) All in all the hotel is stunning, the beach is great, food was spot on and staff were lovely. Only gripes were housekeeping could have been better, dirty mops and the swim up balcony was only swept once in our week there. Service can be a little slow, great for first drinks but difficult to get served as it get busier, unless you’re at the main bar where service was excellent every time. However at the other bars only ever seems to be 1 waiting on and obviously they are rushed off their feet. Although food and drinks were great - all the menus are accessed by QR codes which is quite annoying on a holiday where you are actively trying not be on your phone! We had a massage which was brilliant and throughly relaxing. Would definitely recommend the spa.

Excellent all-inclusive stay for our honeymoon. Staff and service were amazing. We used the beach everyday and beach had amazing service. Food was excellent and i recommend making reservations for the different restaurants as they book up fast. We liked the asian and greek restaurants the best. Just note, this hotel is a bit far from the port of rhodes. Overall, great honeymoon and would easily stay here again.

The staff were super friendly and helpful the whole stay and the hotel itself was absolutely beautiful. The food was also incredible at all of the restaurants. So much choice in the buffet everyday. We had some of the best meals ever at the Asien and Greek restaurants in particular. Overall very relaxed and welcoming vibe. The best all-inclusive holiday we’ve ever had!

This was our 6th visit to The Mayia hotel and it never disappoints . From the moment you walk in you are greeted with calmness and smiles. All the staff in every area of the hotel are all wonderful although a special mention for Erjeta in customer relations for looking after us and making our trip extra special . Food drink and entertainment is all excellent too , can’t wait for our next visit . 😃

Staff extremely helpful and attentive. Place very clean, loads to do in the resort. You can rent out boat and jet ski right at the beach. Entertainment was top notch - something going on every night. Special shout out to pool aerobics team! Loads of good laugh! We would recommend for you to book Italian restaurant in the resort! Loved the staff and atmosphere! We will be back!

A special thanks to the restaurant and bar teams, who were absolute highlights of the experience. The restaurant staff were attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming throughout every meal, making sure every detail was taken care of. Likewise, the bar staff were excellent, knowledgeable about the menu, quick to provide recommendations, and always friendly. Their high level of service made the stay much more enjoyable. I would definitely return!

Beautiful resort, but unfortunately our 10-day stay fell short of expectations. I had read reviews about Maya for years and came in with very high hopes. The property itself is stunning—beautiful views, pools, architecture and scenery. However, housekeeping was well below luxury standards. Our floors were repeatedly left soaking wet, there was hair throughout the room/bathroom, dirty towels and bedding were sometimes left behind, and there were occasions when towels weren't provided despite multiple requests. The minibar also wasn't consistently restocked. I have photos documenting these issues. There were ZERO pool activities during our stay. The club is only open Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and the nightlife was honestly horrendous and extremely limited. We stayed 10 days and ended up leaving the resort several times because we needed more entertainment and variety. Food was very hit or miss. The Steakhouse, Greek and Asian restaurants were great, but the main restaurant was very poor and overall food quality wasn't consistent. Steakhouse reservations were also difficult unless we went directly to the front desk. Service varied. Tula at the front desk felt rushed, curt and unwelcoming, while Tatiana in blue was much more accommodating. Lastly, the guest demographic was significantly older. As the only two Black Americans, we were often the only Black guests for several days at a time. My husband noticed stares, giggles and uncomfortable interactions

Loved our stay. Everyone is super helpful. Staff was really nice, they had shows every night, great food with plenty of options. Easy to get reservations at the restaurants. Only thing is the club on site was a waste, only played EDM music. Be sure to go explore areas like Lindos and Rhodes town. It is kinda far but renting a car or taking a ferry is easy

We had a very nice time here (mini-moon) but, compared with other 5 star hotels (including others in Rhodes) we did feel some areas were lacking. We weren’t made to feel very special despite the special occasion (not even a handwritten note in our room, the bare minimum in our opinion) and some very strange behaviours for what is supposed to be a 5 star premium hotel. Eg: - Irons are not included in rooms, and when we phoned down for one we were told “you can only have the iron for one hour”. It then stayed in our room for the whole week - The pushiest spa staff we have ever experienced, e.g. we came out of our massage treatment (very relaxed) and the reception staff were immediately trying to push us to purchase additional treatments which ruined the vibe somewhat - Very inconsistent housekeeping service. They would sometimes forget to refresh towels (we had one flannel to share for most of our stay), the bin would sometimes not have a bag in and they once left a spare toilet roll in my makeup bag(?) - We completely lost water pressure at one point and the shower made an awful sound when using - The Italian restaurant was really bad, the carbonara was almost soup… On balance, the main restaurant was fantastic, the beach bag a lovely touch and the cocktails were very good. We wouldn’t stay here again, but we did have a lovely break. I think for the price, there are better options on the island if you care about the luxury experience, which is a big thing for us

It's a really beautiful resort. Great pools, amazing restaurants and food, champagne bar, entertainment, great gym. The team is amazing. Service is really outstanding. Altzen - one of the drinks waiters - is so incredibly hard working. Chloe from the fitness and entertainments team is so effusive about the resort, and she made an effort every day to talk to and engage with guests. We wouldn't normally go back to the same place but it is so fantastic we have been three times.

15 yr Anniversary trip

The resort was nothing short of amazing..from 1st booking..the concierge kept us informed to make our travels less of a headache from the airport pick up..to giving us options on what to do on the island..all the restaurants and bars was great..even the private beach and boat tours was amazing...i will definitely return and recommend this resort to all my frens.. 10/10 🌟 🌟🌟

Everything about this place is more than great. I much preferred dining in the (included) al a carte restaurants for lunch. Booking dinner in the al a carte is quite difficult especially if you’re staying around 4 days, it needs to be done 3 days in advance so keep that in mind.

I had the best experience at Maya Exclusive Hotel!!Their exceptional hospitality, elegant rooms, and safe and secure environment were the best parts. I can't say enough positive things about our server Valerio!! He is very tolerant of small alterations and goes above and beyond to assure visitors' satisfaction. Bravo! Thank you so much for making my trip memorable.

From the moment you walk into the foyer, you are warmly greeted by friendly faces and a welcome drink. Concierge take you and your bags to your room and the first walk around the hotel grounds are fantastic. The buildings are impressive, the whole place smells lovely and it just oozes luxury. The drinks are all labelled and plenty, the food choice at every meal is fantastic, a particular favourite was the Asian restaurant and the champagne bar is fantastic! We had a garden view room with pool, the bed was huge and very comfortable, the mini bar was refreshed regularly and absolutely nothing was too much for the lovely staff. We really did have an amazing holiday and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone looking to visit Rhodes
