"The staff for the most part was nice, the property is clean but there are cats everywhere, not everyone likes cats. Also there was little ants all over my room( though I never brought it to their attention). The whole ground in the resort is VERY SLIPPERY when it rains, I hope someone does not crack their head someday. The food in general needs an upgrade. The food in Alonzonia is bit better. They need to have nightly events to keep guest entertained. "

They are super nice and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable—not just like a guest, but like good friends. It is clear that they genuinely care about your well-being and are consistently polite. A special mention must go to Katerina. Her problem-solving skills and people skills are excellent, and she handled every detail with grace and efficiency.
