The modern, minimalistic and fully equipped villa is situated in a quiet residential area, in the heart of Rhodes. Located within walking distance from amenities and sights, nearby the beach, the center, the Old Town, the Acropolis, and the Ancient Stadium of Rhodes, it takes you on a historical trip experiencing Greek Culture.   
Due to its high-quality design, together with the exceptional experience of the guests, 30Rd Villa has been a Winner in the guest review awards 2022!  
  
The outdoor area has a 230 sqm exotic private garden with contemporary exterior furniture.  
  
A garden where you can relax and enjoy the breeze and the sun of Rhodes.  
  
30villa Rd is ideal for families with kids, as it has enough garden space and an inflatable swimming pool, which can be provided upon request.  
  
30Villa Rd is equipped with comfortable sofas and a small dining area ideal for a romantic twilight dinner!  
  
 A flat-screen TV, Wi-fi, and cable are also provided.  
  
 The kitchen includes all necessary utensils and pots for adventurous cooks!  
  
The house appliances include a washing machine, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, an espresso coffee machine, and a kettle.  
  
 Both bathrooms have a shower, toilet, basin, hairdryer, and free toiletries.  
  
 All the rooms of the house, as well as the sitting area, have air-conditioning units.  
  
Towels and bed linen are provided.  
  
30Villa Rd has 3 bedrooms. Two of them have a queen bed and the third bedroom has two single beds or one queen bed (joined together).  
  
 A baby cot can be provided upon request.

#### Perfect place for a family

We spent 5 days in March with our family of 5\. The place was great. It was clean with lots of space. The location is 5 minutes from old town with a grocery + bakery right around the corner. Excellent trip!
