Girl at counter was very friendly and also helpful when i called about tv issue. Rooms looked newly remodeled and clean but nothing fancy. I did kill a cockroach walking across the floor that looked half dead already, but no more were seen.

The property is pet friendly as advertised. It's a little noisy at night with folks coming and going and not being mindful that they're right outside someone's door.
The area is a little shady. I found that on one side of the building (where the dumpster is) there were some unsafe looking folks hanging around. There are clearly a number of unhoused people in the area, as we also saw them at all of the neighboring businesses (gas station, Starbucks, and other hotels/motels).
