Lovely big apartment. Great area. Easy walking to most places. Also plenty of trams. Needed earplugs as busy road outside. Check in wasn't good. Was sent no information. Had to phone to find out where to pick up keys. A place that closed soon after I got there. Would have been good to have been sent that information first, especially as the place to pick them up closes at 11pm. Apart from that the place was great and would stay there again.

The location is close to the Old Town—only a 5-minute walk. The room is spacious with high ceilings. We booked a room with three beds, and the hotel provided a king-size bed in a living area, plus a separate room with two twin beds. Highly recommended.
The staff are excellent. After we checked out, my child forgot her phone in the room. The staff noticed it, brought it down to the lobby, and immediately looked for us.
