We had some issues with a plow guy not showing after a few storms which made it hard to access, but once I contacted Shawn about the issue he was fast to react and made it right with our group. « We were pleasantly surprised how accommodating this home was for our growing family. We found a pack n play and a high chair and child friendly cups and spoons (which was not listed on the rental). There were a few yellow jackets nearby which we took care of with bug spray that was at the house. I gave this place overall a 4 only because my daughter and I have pet allergies, and there must have been a cat on site because we had to take our allergy meds, but that's not an inconvenience since...
