Stapledon Gardens Vacation Packages

The most OKAY experience imaginable! Nothing was bad, nothing was great, just average across the board. The staff didn't go above and beyond, but they all did what you'd expect. The food was great, but the prices were high = okay value. Okay location, close enough to everything, but also near some sketchy parts. The beds were comfortable, BUT loud street traffic, loud fans, too close to ice machine, and flashing lights in the room made for OKAY night sleeps. I spoke with other guests who felt the same. 5 star rating requires exceeding expectations. 4 star rating requires a good experience. This was an okay experience.

The staffs environment is what stood out the most how wondering and friendly they were.

The staff at the Island House was friendly, helpful and competent. Island House property, rooms and facilities were immaculate. Impressed with the gym, fitness classes, spa, on-site restaurants and access to the Old Fort Beach club.

Room was spotless and cleaning crew checked to make sure it stayed that way twice a day. Pool and beach were very nice & relaxing. This property is a great alternative for someone that wants a more boutique experience vs. a mega-resort. Food was amazing as well!

Property was clean and gorgeous. Pools were awesome and the beach was amazing. The only downfall for us was catching some attitude from staff members. Not accustomed to that when you are in a resort spending a lot of money. Otherwise a great place and I would go back.
