"Mrs D at the front desk was very very nice, helpful and provided outstanding customer service. Check in was a breeze and easy. They provide evening dinner at no cost and 2 cocktail vouchers. This was a great perk of staying at this property! Breakfast was great as well with many options to choose from. I will definitely return on my next visit to Charlotte. It was located right off the highway and just minutes from Carowinds. We enjoyed our visit and stay. ❤️"

"Check in was quick and easy. Clean, bright, safe-feeling. Quiet building, stayed on the 3rd floor and couldn’t hear neighbouring rooms at all, or outdoor noise. AC worked well, was quite quiet, and no odours. Bed was very firm, but still comfortable. Pillows were hit and miss but there were extras so we both had good ones. Typical continental breakfast. Parking lot well laid out so you could park close to the building. Surrounded by other hotels. Shower pressure and toilet flush both had plenty of power. TV was quite large and had the option to log into common streaming apps (Netflix, Disney, Prime, etc…) as well as cable TV. Only stayed one night during a road trip, but would definitely stay again."
