This unit has been completely renovated. New floors, bathroom, granite countertops, backsplash, bed, furniture, patio furniture and 50in flat screen TV. Unit also has upgraded WiFi internet. It has gorgeous views of the ocean and St. John in the distance from your private patio. It's a 3-4 minute walk to Sapphire Beach for an excellent day of snorkeling and relaxing. Sapphire Beach Bar has great food/live music. It's a 2 minute walk to two different swimming pools and the marina where you can do snorkeling trips or trips to neighboring islands, even British Virgin Islands. It's right beside the very nice restaurant/bar, Sudi's, which is awesome. Drive 1/2 mile to Red Hook for the evening which has many excellent restaurants and bars. Condo has a king size bed, full kitchen and bathroom w/ everything you'll need for your stay. Split A/C unit keeps the unit very cool. Full-size fridge, eating area, dressers, and night stands, great outdoor patio. Laundry available onsite and free movie rental at the office. Onsite maintenance staff are very friendly and responsive.

Convenient location. Cooler and snorkeling gear provided. Gated community. Well worth the price. Convenient location to beaches, town of Red Hook and the ferry to St Johns. We stayed busy exploring so this was a perfect location to come back to and rest up for next day.

This was a great deal considering location and proximity to all of the activities on the island. Our host Raleigh communicated with us on every detail and provided us with plenty to use on trip. Kitchen, beach towels, chairs and snorkel gear just to name a few (even a car if needed). The room was clean and the view from the balcony spectacular! I would definitely use this condo again in the future. Be cautious that the area property is hilly so if you choose to go to beautiful Safire Beach be mindful that those hills are steep coming back up. Also, a bit of water splashed out on to the floor during showers, but not a big deal if you put a towel down and clean right away. Overall fantastic spot that I highly recommend

Fun in St Thomas!
My husband and I stayed at Raleigh's place in Sapphire Village for 6 nights in June. The condo was as described and everything was in working order and was clean. Raleigh communicated with me prior to the trip and was available when I needed to chat with him during our stay. There was snorkel gear, a cooler, beach chairs, etc available for us to use which was super convenient. We had provisions delivered prior to our stay and Raleigh helped coordinate the entry to the condo. Sapphire is definitely our favorite area of St Thomas with the close access to Red Hook and all of the amenities on the beach. There is a steep hill to walk up to get to this condo from the beach, but it did not bother my husband and I and we are pushing 40. We loved the island and can't wait to plan our next trip there!

We loved the apartment complex, it is very quiet and peaceful. The room is super comfortable. You should know that if you want to stay here you have to rent a car. The view from the room is beautiful at sunset. I would definitely stay again. From St. Thomas you can take a ferry and go to St. Johns, which also has some beautiful beaches.

The place was very clean and comfortable. Couple small complaints. The shower is a half glass and the water leaked all over onto the floor every shower and had to use towels to clean it up. Luckily there were beach towels also so we made it work. We were just constantly mopping it up and hanging towels to dry out. Also need a flat spatula, only found spoon spatulas which were hard to flip eggs etc. Otherwise nice stay, we enjoyed the pool that was close each day.

The place was great. It had everything we needed. Would highly recommend. We had a car and did a lot of exploring but would have been happy just relaxing on Sapphire Beach. Sudi’s was amazing. Great hospitality, food and drinks. Several other great restaurants within walking distance too.

My son and I stayed here for nearly a week. Generally very pleased with unit! Stocked with beach chairs, cooler, snorkel gear. Had most of your essential kitchen items. Host had an intro packet with tons of awesome suggestions and tips- GREATLY appreciated. Even shared some of the suggested tours and links with other folks on our catamaran tour. Used the grocery delivery service he recommended- pricey, but it was great to have the essentials and snacks there at the unit when we arrived. Also- I read a review on here about the cleanliness of the unit not being up to par. I thought the unit was very tidy and clean upon arrival. Host was very responsive when I reached out. Location was great for being close to town & the ferry. Never had an issue getting a taxi. The hill up from the beach is a good little work out but yes, pretty steep as mentioned in other reviews. Sapphire beach was beautiful (although crowded during the week with cruise folks). Beach bar had great drinks. Delicious pizza place. Get there early for a shady spot. Only issue for me was the bed was very firm. My son didn’t mind it though, so maybe this is more a personal preference than a real issue. But noteworthy for me. Thanks for a great stay! Loved our time there.

Good value for money, great location
We really liked this studio apartment and would gladly stay again. Here are our highlights: 1) clean and well furnished, with a very comfy king-sized bed, 2) lovely view from the comfortable balcony, 3) steps from one of two super clean pools in the complex, 4) just a 5-minute walk to Emerald Beach (but a bit steep, FYI), 5) easy access to Red Hook--we had no car, so hopped on the safari bus just outside the complex for 1 stop into town for $1 each, or taxi is $5 per person if you prefer, 6) the owner was a pro and communicated the basics well. He actually understated the amenities: we found good snorkeling gear, two beach towels, two beach chairs, and a medium-sized cooler for guest use. In addition, there is a nice little restaurant/bar on the premises and the the whole complex is very clean. In Red Hook there are several good restaurants and two supermarkets. Walking into or from town isn't something we'd recommend or do again, especially at night--a very narrow shoulder and plenty of traffic on the main road. The safari bus goes almost all the way to the airport ($2), then you need to walk the last mile or figure out a taxi from somewhere along its route. Verdict: this was a great place to stay for the price point and for its convenience to a good beach, Red Hook, St. John ferry, and the rest of STT. We'd happily come back.

Celebrated our 10 year anniversary this past weekend here and it's a slice of heaven. Raleigh communicated very well and gave us plenty of options for food and fun. The walk to beach is short, but you will get your steps in on the way back, like everywhere here, the hills are steep. Highly recommend coming here.
