St. Robert Vacation Packages

Our King room was really luxurious! Perfect for spending a night for my birthday. Staff was great everywhere we went from security at entrance to casino to wait staff at all 3 restaurants we tried. Pool was great too. We will b back!

Room was clean but the room definitely needs updating. Carpet and furniture was dingy and outdated. Other than that the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Staff was great. Breakfast was okay.

The room was fine but I had to request a mini fridge which surprised me. They seem to be standard in most hotel rooms these days. The front desk staff did what we asked but looked at us like we were bothering them. There was one person in particular who sat behind the desk either on her phone or crocheting. When I asked if someone could refill the ice water that was in the lobby (it was a very hot day) she looked at me and said, "you can buy a bottle of water." Not long after, the water was refilled. There was one nice gentleman who clearly worked there (not at the desk) who handed us an umbrella during a storm as we were trying to go out to dinner. On our last day we asked the front desk for a late check-out. There was different staff and they said we could check out at noon (and were very pleasant about it). Unfortunately, they failed to notify the cleaning staff and they were banging on our door all morning. One person walked in as we were getting dressed. She was very apologetic and told us that they were not told taht we had late checkout. I would definitely not stay there again.

Paid extra for early check-in, 2 pm instead of 4 pm. Was offered a suite for $40.00 extra per night, which we took. We were assigned a room next to the elevator; I thought we were under an airline route because of the noise the elevator made as it passed the floor my room was assigned to. On Sunday, our room did not get made up until we requested it. This was around 4 PM. The toilet is very low, and as an 80-year-old, I found it difficult to stand after use.
