"Had the pleasure of visiting Vero Beach during my winter break which was absolutely beautiful compared to the other many lovely Florida beaches. Unfortunately back up north we encountered a major record breaking blizzard which in return forced me to extend my trip. The front desk staff is wonderful and accommodating (all of you!!!!) the cook , Michael also wonderful. I will be returning in the future. I felt very welcomed, safe , and the location is close to downtown as well as the beach. 100 stars if it was possible! Thanks for a safe and welcoming stay! "

"No hot water, phone in room didn’t work, front automatic door broken, had to ask to get a remote for tv and a luggage rack in room. Staff was very nice but we left after one night to go somewhere else. "

"There was one staff member and I feel she did her best to accommodate but she had clients with problems that she tried to help so she was not readily available. The room was substandard and the pillows did not feel clean. The shower curtain needed servicing. The latch of the lock did not secure well and was damaged so I did not feel safe sleeping in the location but I was not disturbed during the evening. Parking was fine."
