Thanks to everyone for going the extra mile. From the manager Sam to front desk to housekeeping, everyone was kind and helpful. To me this is 5 stars all the way! Good breakfast also. Rooms are renovated and nice. They let me check-in two hours early at no extra charge which I really appreciate it. As a truck driver I usually leave at 1am so the fact that they let me check in at noon meant a lot. Front desk is super nice and so is housekeeping. No complaints from myself.

When we parked there was a drunk person starting at us, no security anyone on site to escort him out. The room was dirty. The bathroom was dirty. The toiles didn’t flush, the shower had some black stuff on the drainer part. Some of the towels were dirty.

This facility was easy to find but a little tricky to get into their parking lot. They could use a bigger more obvious "Entrance" sign. When we got to the front desk, there was a 5 to 10 minute period of time when no one was around to check us in. Finally a person came out of a side room and tracked down the front desk person for us. Once this person arrived he was very friendly and got us quickly checked in.

The gentleman who checked us in was kind and did a great job. The property was closer to the highway than I would have preferred, so the truck noise throughout the night was quite loud.
