Not to mention the epic playground and play kitchen for the little ones. This 1st floor cozy apartment is centrally located to many St. Louis attractions. Only a few minutes from Highway 44 and just a block from the Botanical Gardens. Close to Forest Park, The Arch, Convention Center, Busch Stadium, America's Dome, Tower Grove Park, WashU, SLU, The Hill, The Grove, Forest Park, South Grand Food District, and more. Families, singles, couples & business travelers will all enjoy this gorgeous space and the extra amenities. The Space: Get the best of both worlds at this wonderful apartment! The home is cleaned and sanitized after every stay with detailed dusting. The Vacation Home contains a heavy duty air purifier to increase the safety of all guests. This first floor apartment has a clean stylish appeal and is nestled in a lovely neighborhood with beautiful, mature trees. You will LOVE the spacious living room with its comfortable and generous seating plus futon for extra sleeping. The large dining room table with seating for 8 is perfect for a group dinner or business meeting. The fully stocked kitchen features granite counter tops, espresso machine, drip coffee, tea, spices, cooking ware (Pots, Pans, etc), dining ware (wine glasses, coffee mugs, children's cups, plates, and silverware, etc), microwave, toaster, dishwasher, stove, and fridge. The modern bathroom includes a shower as well as a bathtub for a relaxing bubble bath or a great space to bath the kids. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine or BBQing on the large gas grill on the back porch, with views of the beautiful trees and backyard garden. Location: Location is everything! This Vacation Home is near Downtown Saint Louis and Forest Park and walkable to Tower Grove Park and the Botanical Gardens. You’ll love the mature trees and scenic views. The neighborhood is very walkable. I include a welcome manual with lots of great Saint Louis attractions. I LOVE Saint Louis and want to share that joy with you. If you have specific interests, let me know and I will point you in the right direction. Saint Louis has so much to offer! Parking: You will have access to one off street parking spot, located in the back of the property, and there is one additional spot in the back. Find free street parking available in front. The house is located on a quiet, one way street with ample parking. The Bedrooms: The first bedroom includes a full size bed with a twin trundle underneath, dresser, large closet, a chalkboard wall for the kids and a 43 in. Roku TV. The second bedroom includes a high quality and extremely comfortable queen bed and 43 in. smart Roku TV with plenty of room to store clothing and other items in the dresser, two side tables, or closet.The third bedroom, located in the back of the home includes a comfortable queen bed, two side tables, book shelves and large closet and access to the back patio. All bedrooms are equipped with a sound machine, to ensure a sound sleep for all guests (even if you’re traveling with young ones or noisy friends!) Entertainment & Streaming: Kickback and watch the 55in smart TV in the living room. A Netflix, Hulu, and Disney account is provided on all TV’s throughout the home or feel free to log into any of your accounts on Roku, Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube, etc. Laundry: You will have access to your own washer & dryer, located in the basement. Traveling with Children? The space is GREAT for kids. We are parents of young children and understand the importance of safety and convenience. The entire apartment is setup with this in mind: all outlets are covered and the home is free of dangerous or breakable items. We also include a pack n play with mattress and fitted sheet, high chair, booster seat, baby monitors, play mat, infant bouncy seat, chalk and chalkboard walls, coloring and crafting tools for kids, single and double jogging strollers, and a bunch of toys. (Something you need not listed, just ask! But don't wait too long, if it takes ordering and installing I'll need a heads up). Suffer From Allergies? This Vacation Home comes with a heavy duty Air Purifier and I ensure that the filters are changed regularly not only on the Air Purifier but on the home's furnace system as well. Also, each time guests stay the home is exceptionally cleaned and disinfected along with detailed dusting each and every time. Traveling with Pets? The space is pet friendly. Please note that there will be a $60 dollar pet fee. You are responsible for picking up dog poop in the backyard (bags supplied by us), and we ask that you refrain from having pets on the furniture and to give your dog a bath before your trip. Guest access: The entire first floor apartment, back porch, and one parking spot in the back of the home is for your personal use. You will have your own personal washer and dryer, which are located in the basement of the home. We loved staying here. Everything was very clean and accessible. Our kids spent hours playing in the playset in the backyard. We don't have an infant, but the property had everthing we would have needed. The beds were comfortable. The dining table was larger than I thought too, which was a nice surprise. We had 4 adults & 3 children in our group and had plenty of room. The indoor and outdoor seating created ample room for gathering, eating and visiting. The 1 bathroom wasnt an issue and there was ample hot water for 4 showers in less than an hour. This host was readily accessible for messages and provided all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay (shampoo, body wash, lots of towels, kitchen essentials). This cute home housed me and my wife, our 3 children, and my in-laws for 6 days, and no one went crazy! Sara has done a great job with details for this property. There were several coffee and espresso options, with a supply of ground coffee and espresso. There were plenty of ice trays, and my favorite - giant 2 inch ice molds for cocktails...or kids wanting a giant ice ball. The house comes stocked with a few games, books, and playsets (magnatiles, train set, etc.) to keep everyone occupied. I could do without the chalkboard wall in one of the rooms, but others might enjoy this. The backyard swingset is better than the one at our real home, and there's a playhouse equipped with toys...and a sandbox! Everything was a bit...cozy with the 7 of us, but we made it work The neighborhood is cute and quiet. There are not a ton of restaurants to walk to, but there are a few and there are endless options within 10 minutes drive. Finally, Sara was able to accommodate a last minute change to our schedule without any problem. We would highly recommend this place! ##### Christopher P. We love it so much. Its perfectly located for all that we needed (Busch, The Dome, zoo, grocery). We have 2 young kids and really appreciate the baby gear, toys and the backyard is so helpful when you've done all tour activities and need to kill some time. If you’re traveling with little ones, this is the place to be. They’ve got everything you could need, so you can travel light.
