Mold and overall damp in first floor rooms. No washer/dryer at hotel as they are "out for service" when the duct tape covering the sign in the room they should be has dust on it as has been there for a long time. It's obvious the owners of the hotel don't want to offer that even tho it's listed as available at this hotel. Staff overall unknowledgeable and not fully helpful.

The lights were not working on first floor, the elevator was broken. The heater in the pook and hot tub was broken. The 3rd floor smelled like an electrical fire had started. When the fire alarm went off we were told it was just a tripped breaker. You could not ever find any staff when needed and the free breakfast was awful. We got down there 20 minutes after it started and there was next to nothing and what was left was stail bagels. The waffle machine was also broken. I could not get help checking out and had to wait a long time and ended up just leaving my keys at the front desk.
