Main room is 17 by 40 with fourteen foot ceilings, its almost three rooms in one. You have a dining table that seats 6, a couch and love seat facing the TV and a sitting area, then two day beds . Master Bedroom has a king Bed, second bedroom has a queen bed and a queen futon. There are two twin daybeds in the common area. Dining room table seats 6, breakfast room table seats 4\. The pictures don't capture how big and open it is, and there are fun accents and curios in every room! The beds were all super comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking tools. Great location, most places we wanted to go were within a 20 minute drive, and there was always close street parking available by the building. The check-in and check-out process was very easy, and the host was very quick with responses to messages. Also, as another person in my group said, "Check out Keypers (the piano bar below the apartment) before your last night because the vibes were excellent." The owner is unwilling to refund our money so we are working with Vrbo to resolve this. Before we left we decided to check out the bar and we can’t say enough about the amazing people we met there! It's a third-floor walk-up in front of a very niche, corner-pub type bar. Not in the best part of town, but my group never had any issues or felt unsafe. It has a 70s art commune vibe with some interesting features--e.g. two beds in a V shape in the living room. My group found these elements charming. It's a little weird to get to. The entrance is behind the bar, through a fence, and you have to pass through an area patrons hang out in to get to the door. It's also not in any way handicap-accessible. I wouldn't recommend this place to everyone (e.g. probably not to families), but for groups who don't mind the quirks of an old and weird building, it does the job. ##### Dresden H. Mar 21, 2022 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Cool historic building The property was neat and those who worked at the bar were helpful and nice. There was some experiences with patrons from the bar that were not so excellent but that comes with many entertainment venues. Very eclectic and lots to look at from the bar to the apartment. The entrance is in the back which we did not realize at first as there is a door in the front so you do have to go around to enter but everyone was very helpful. ##### Harley J. Unfortunately, the space leaves a lot to be desired. The keyless entry takes multiple attempts to open and the door frames look like they have been kicked open a few too many times. It is not in a very safe part of town.
