"The unit was clean and cozy! There wasnt a dust pan which would have been helpful and the bulb was out on the living room. They were doing work and had removed our door while we were there as well. I did love the out door shower and the pool was clean and most enjoyable! The proximity to the beach was ideal as well."

"We’ve stayed in the central and southern parts of Carolina Beach before, always enjoy it. This was our first place a bit more north and it’s really nice! Reminded me of Wildwood, NJ. Loved the pier, beach was great, place had private access which was excellent. Very cozy, comfy place run lovingly by the host."

"This property feels older but is mostly well maintained. It smells a little when you walk in, but it's the beach, so I'm not sure if that can be helped. The kids enjoyed its proximity to the pool (in the parking lot below the condo) and our quick drive to the aquarium, along with having a TV in their bedroom. Pros: 2 bedrooms and bathrooms, lots of towels provided and a washer/dryer in unit, plenty of seating in the dining area, storage unit below condo with included beach chairs, boards,...

"My husband and I were looking for a quick trip to the beach, and this property came up in our search. I snapped it up right away, and I am so glad that we did. The four flights of stairs are worth the walk for a gorgeous view overlooking Caswell Beach. While we spent most of our time outside on the deck, the bedrooms, the bathroom, and the kitchen were absolutely perfect for our needs. We were able to fully relax! We will definitely return to this property."

"Got to the house , it was poorly cleaned , smelled like vomit , had to listen to the upstairs neighbors basically almost come through the roof all night , called customer service and they were no help . We ended up leaving after a few hours and had to find somewhere else to stay due to the conditions ."
