"This hotel smells SO GOOD!! The pool wasn't available, it was under construction but it was right on the beach and the staff was awesome. The bed was a bit firm for my liking but my back felt better the next morning....go figure, lol. I will absolutely stay here again. It's in walking distance to multiple restaurants. Great location."

"The mattress on the queen sized bed was beyond its service life. When sitting down on the bed, the bed would essentially flatten onto the box spring. It was so bad that I had to sleep on the floor. I brought this matter up to the staff upon checking out. They indicated that they would have provided a refund; however since I went through a 3rd party, their hands were tied."

"There was people partying all night. Did not get any sleep. It was a Saturday night. There is no one to complain to since the office closes down at night."

"This was just a terrible experience - an an expensive one. First, there was no parking since it was Saturday night line dancing next door and all parking spots were taken. Then, there were no key cards for the rooms - they "ran out." The door was opened manually by the receptionist who promised to bring one "later" which never happened - no apology, no offer for any discount, nothing. We couldn't leave the room until vacating the room the next morning - the earliest possible. The room itself: a dirty, stained armchair. Sheets: worn out polyester, with holes (took pictures.) No curtains, only plastic blinds which let light through all night. Loud music - and I mean very loud - from next door until after 10 pm, and after that no better as the air conditioner was super loud, obviously very old and not working properly. There was not a single space in the room to hang clothes or jackets - not a hook, not a hanger. Basic, worn out, dirty looking, worse than roadside motel. Stay away!"
