« We chose this hotel instead of another cheaper one we had first booked because we wanted to treat ourselves with the extras they were offering - re swimming pool, bar, car park. Once there, we found out that there is no swimming pool - apparently they have informed hotel.com of the changes many times but it still comes up on the website. The kids were extremely disappointed.
