"Despite making our reservation weeks in advance our specifically requested room. Room with a river view, was "overbooked" so I did not get the room. Only after requesting a discount did our room rate get reduced from the rate I was paying for the room with river view. Also the steamer/iron did not work in our room and the parking situation was really bad."

"Room was very clean, bed was comfy, and the breakfast met our needs. All staff were amazing. We stay here whenever we are in the area and can have our little dog with us."
