Well, apparently, the good people of Albany, Oregon. As the sign says, this cute little structure serves to commemorate the more than seven hundred historical homes and buildings in downtown Albany. I love this little thing, but get a load of the trailer hitch under the front window. I'll have to start looking for those in some of the older districts in the area.
