Best Western Plus Mill Creek Inn
10/10 Excellent
"The staff just make this place a true gem. We have stayed here a few times and they are so kind and knowledgeable about the area. They just get that you've traveled far and need a clean place to sleep. The place is quiet, clean, has a great pool, sauna and hot tub, nice breakfast at Denny's that's included, cute lobby area that the staff decorates and with the fire going it just feels so homey. We had a lovely stay and enjoyed the fun coffee machine too! We'll be back soon. :)"

"My only complaint is the coffee maker didn't work and the fireplace wouldn't turn on. But there was coffee in the lobby and we didn't need heat. Great food beautiful property! I'm sure they would have accommodated me if I had let them know but it was already late at night. I will be back"

"We came for a long weekend to check out Salem and the Pacific Northwest in the fall. We’ve enjoyed other Hilton Tapestry properties in other states so that’s why we picked this one. It was clean, modern, cute and we loved the restaurant and bar and the restaurant staff was our favorite part. Would definitely stay again. Also great location for getting around downtown."

"One my fave place to stay every time come in the area. Close to stores and shops and restaurants. Could even walk as they do have a trial walk as well. Never had a problem here. Definitely will be back next time."

"Our room and the building was immaculate. Staff at the front desk were friendly and fast and the breakfast had a little of everything to satisfy everyone. The bar and waiters were great and our late dinner there on Saturday night was excellent. Amazing menu. Additionally, at all the other hotels I’ve been at this is the only one that has the elevator doors already open on the ground floor. Very handy."

"The hotel was clean and well-maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We didn’t receive any housekeeping service during our stay. Not a big deal as we only stayed 2 nights. The coffee provided in the morning was very weak; basically just brown water! That was a big deal to us."
