Our room had been recently updated. It was very clean. The room had plenty of outlets for charging phones. The beds were very comfortable with an ample amount of pillows.

"Room was nice and quiet - no banging doors which was great. Fitness center was closed during our visit but they had arrangements with the neighbor hotel - very convenient. I think the hotel wasn't as booked as usual as we requested a balcony and got it. Very positive experience."

The front desk person blamed all the travelers which implied that it was my fault they didn’t have a room ready. A screw in the middle of the floor to hold the carpet down ..."
