« I stayed for one night only but absolutely loved it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. And even allowed me to check in at 11am when I arrived. There is complementary coffee and tea all day long and there is a fridge and a microwave in each room. The hotel is only 5 mins walk from the beach. There are plenty of nice restaurants around. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a very good quality and affordable place to stay in Coronado. »

« Bruce was very communicative - proactively and quick to answer any questions I had. The property was just as described. It was a great homebase for us and was centrally located for us and within easy walking distance to the beach. The condo was equipped with a wagon, beach umbrella, chairs and towel clips which was wonderful since we flew in. Shower was 10/10! »

« Property clean, but things appear worn. Cracks in tile. Places we’ve stayed b/4 have had BBQ & umbrella but sadly not here. Hubby irritated with WiFi (intermittent). No instructions. Called property manager for TV fix, & no one ever responded back with us. Since TV has no cable or satellite the only way to view TV is to stream which is extremely difficult with no WiFi. Kitchen supplies for basics, sadly lacking. Pots & pans - that’s it. No cleaning supplies. It’s the view that will bring us back...

« The views of Pacific Beach and Crystal Pier are beautiful and the location is ideal for this property - right by an ice cream and hot chocolate shop, good restaurants, groceries, and pharmacy. John was communicative and helpful. The property was very clean. We enjoyed the beach toys and direct beach access as well as sunset, ocean, and people watching. »

« This condo is nice, clean and efficient! Staying on a beachfront property is a great treat, watching all the surfers & incredible sunsets. The property management provided all the necessities, as well as beach towels & umbrellas. They emailed with details, key codes (4 in all, as garage, property, unit & garbage are all secure) and expectations for their guests. Highly recommend!! »

« Owners were awesome. Gave just the leniency we needed with a change. We’re suuuuper communicative and available with our couple of questions. The 7/11 next door made things easy. Door to beach is MAYBE 5 minutes. Door to end of the pier about 20 minute walk. Burger place across the street is great food. We will TOTALLY book again if in town »

« We had a great time being so close to the beach and within very close walking to great restaurants. It was a very busy weekend and the place was perfect for what we needed. I will say, the check in process has quite a few steps and the instructions are as good as they're going to get, but you do have to pay attention to details. Also, it is not set up to have people over, as there is lots of notice to not be noisy which was hard with older kids, but would be great if you wanted something quiet...

Better Buzz offers good coffee (5 minutes away). It is 15 to 20 minutes by car to many attractions (Sea World, downtown, Zoo, Balboa Park, etc.). It's a cozy little apartment.
