We loved the location..close to the beach, Hotel del Coronado and many nearby restaurants and shops. The lobby and downstairs sitting area was cozy and welcoming. The fireplace, a real parrot and multiple comfortable seating areas created a wonderful ambiance. Our favorite part was the sauna and hot tub on an outside upstairs deck area! We enjoyed beautiful views while relaxing in the sauna and hot tub in the evening. Because it was Christmastime everything was lit up and sparkling, adding to the experience! Our room was clean, comfortable and well-decorated. The customer service was excellent. There was a discrepancy in our booking in what was available when we arrived at the property but they went above and beyond to accommodate and make it up to us. We will definitely stay at this property again!

I had a really nice time here, just noted that most of the amenities are really only available during the day. Unless you are hanging around at 3 pm, You can't really take advantage of most of them.

Annual Guys trip
Decided to try here this time after staying across the street for the last 5 years. Turned out to be cheaper and was just as nice. We spent lots of time enjoying the roof top area enjoying the view. Will stay again
