"we love the amenities and property as a whole, the times we've needed staff however, they extremely removed, customer service seems so foreign to them, no warmth or confidence in the service, lack luster people experience and they don't answer the front desk phone, it took 5 cycles through the phone tree on 3 separate stays to actually get through to someone there. everything else is great just not the actual people."

"This house exceeded expectations in so many ways! It seemed new in that it was so clean and well-maintained. Our family enjoyed the spacious and comfortable layout, the pool, the toys and games for the kids, and the full garage access. The beds and linens were great! The kitchen was well-stocked, but we like to cook and the pots and pans could stand replacing. A beautiful property inside and out—we hope to return!"

"Hot tub was covered in leaves and didn’t look super clean so did not use. Pool was too cold to use but my son tried it out. Inside of house was clean and had all the supplies we needed to cook and bathe. Very spacious and great laundry room "

"This home is in a very quiet, pleasant neighborhood. The location is good for touring both Sonoma and Napa wine country. Bedrooms and beds were comfortable. All bedrooms are upstairs and the stairs are steep, so be aware if mobility is an issue for you. "
