The room was quite small for the price we paid but the bed was comfortable and I liked that the toilet was separate from the sink. Good location and the staff were super kind

Staff was very friendly. The casino on grounds with restuarant options was great.

The staff were very curt and seemed annoyed that we were there. My room wasn't very clean (filthy bathroom mirror, fingerprints on the lamps and doors, debris on the carpet. Everything felt aged and looked worn. The bed was okay, but could have been much more comfortable. The picture quality on the TV was terrible and there were limited channels to choose from. The elevator doors were covered with hand and finger prints, as were all of the hotel doors...gross! I watched one of the staff members filling the coffee station items and he touched about every possible surface on the coffee stirrers, which was also gross. As a woman traveling alone, I was dismayed that they put me in an adjoining room (without letting me know), it was very loud and there was a lot of traffic in the hallway, and I didn't feel entirely safe. I don't recommend this hotel if you want polite staff, cleanliness, and a good night's sleep.
