« Older building but with visible renovations. Very quiet with friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean. I didn’t consume any breakfast here as it was a continental breakfast and I prefer a fuller meal. Breakfast area/lobby also tidy. I always stay here when I’m in Hillsdale and will continue to do so. »

« There was no complementary coffee available this morning when I get ready to leave. I tried to buy coffee from the bistro and I could not use a credit card. They only took cash or a charge to your room and I’d already checked out. This is super inconvenient and furthermore due to the price of the room and a price of a cup of coffee. I think it’s reasonable to offer that complementary coffee. »

« Poor customer service. Signs in the room say no problem if you forgot to bring amenities available upon request. Well all they had were 2 towels in the room and didn’t have any available and was told won’t be any until the next day in the afternoon. The receptionist way of expressing that was that he was being bothered and wasn’t even thinking about going above and beyond to make a loyal customer happy. Guess washing towels is too much work now a days. »

« The breakfast was wonderful and kept stocked and clean. Front office staff was welcoming and kind. There was a snafu with our reservation and they were helpful and apologetic. The room itself left a lot to be desired. There was leftover food under the pull outcouch, the corners of the room were dirty and had pieces of the drywall on the floor.
