When I walked through the door last Wednesday afternoon, I was greeted with “Welcome back!” So, it was reassuring that I’d made the right choice in returning to GINN City & Lounge Yorck Berlin, after a year. That greeting was so genuine and most appreciated. Then, throughout my 5 night stay, I enjoyed lovely interactions with so many staff members. I have grown to LOVE GINN City & Lounge Yorck Berlin. 💖

I had a very comfortable stay and will inform my friends to use this hotel whilst travelling through Germany. My big gripe is the cost of 25 Euros for breakfast. I recommend that they use the airport facilities.

Clean and practical. Really only negative feedback is that the hotel lacks character - totally monochrome and the doors are tricky to open - very difficult to grip when your hands are cold.
