"This property was well designed, convenient, and had a great location. It is a quick and easy and beautiful walk to the palace. The first night we ate at a great restaurant recommended by the host that was a 5 minute walk away. The other days we checked out the palace and the solin ruins, and got groceries at the local green market and made ourselves dinners. The place was well equipped for cooking and we quite enjoyed our stay!"

"This was my first time to Croatia. I was traveling with friends I sail with. I picked this apartment dues to its proximity to old town SPLIT. It was a complete guess on my part. The apartment was a 3 minute downhill walk to the most spectacular downtown, waterfront town I have ever seen. The apartment was clean, net, and well kept and wonderfully remodeled. It was perfect for our short stay."

"This is an apartment 3 in the back, overlooking a parking area. Free street parking is available. Very quiet. The apartment is small, a bedroom and dining room connected by a kitchen area. Nicely decorated, clean and nicely updated. A very restful stay. Close to downtown and Diocletian’s palace. Would recommend. "

The lack of dedicated parking was a concern as we approached the building as there was no open spot nearby, but thankfully we found a spot one block away. It's an easy and quick walk to the Palace and old town and the various beaches. Lots of shops close by. "

"This was the Perfect location for us in Croatia! Very cute little apartment with everything we needed. A local bakery just next door was very convenient. Mario and Leona are very nice hosts and contacted us to see if we needed anything. We will be back! "

"Great place to stay in Split. Near Supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Area has a very “local” feel with prices for food and drink in the area being much cheaper than in the old town. Facilities were lovely with plenty of room for our stay. Communication with Sandra was excellent, she was there to meet us and very helpful with advice and tips and a complimentary bottle of wine. Would stay again in this lovely apartment."

"There was a mix up with this property. They don’t take Credit Cards, only cash. The proprietor was very kind and accommodating and made an exception. The unit was on the 4th and 5th floor, no elevator which is typical for this area. Nonetheless, it was a long hike with our luggage. There were several things in the unit that were either not working or needed repair. They took care of them quickly. I also found dust bunnies on the floor in the corners and some mildew in the shower. The floor plan...

"This flat has everything you need! Even though it is compact, it suited our needs. The location was on the piazza close to restaurants and the Palace. We walked to all the attractions without a problem. Make sure to walk the wall! The views were great and we were able to take great photos."

"The location was perfect for me. Super close to the old city and walking distance to the ferry port. It is essentially a small studio apartment. The only draw back for me was having to carry my luggage up all the stairs. Not a big problem as I was travelling relatively light and only had to tote it up and down once."
