We had a great 5 night stay here at this new hotel the location was perfect just a 10 min walk from the old town and harbour. The hotel itself was extremely clean the room was perfect the bed was comfortable lovely bathroom and a small fridge. The breakfast was great and all the staff were helpful and friendly. I would like to say a special thankyou to Veronika who was really helpful nothing was too much and really made our stay more enjoyable
Loved my stay here !
The room was lovely, modern and stylishly appointed, likely done just recently. Staff were warm and provided excellent service, great with recommendations for restaurants, activities and a running trail for my morning jog. A great spot, easy walking distance to everything and a public car park nearby for those as concerned s put parking as I was.
Staff all excellent, smiley and helpful. Breakfast was great. Great that the air conditioning in the room stayed on to let you come back to a cool room. Room extremely clean. Nice to have a balcony although it is shared with one other room. Room made up on third day - beds made and more toilet paper given, but not cleaned. Two issues - fridge does not function as a fridge and doesn’t cool. The hot water in the shower also runs out very quickly (after 2 mins) the next person then has to wait a while for it to be warm again. Great location and nice to have a small gym too, along with sauna and cold bath.
A new hotel..easy walk to old city centre. We booked this room without looking proper details as there were no available rooms at the hotel we had stayed previous night.Very helpful staff but the room lack basic amenities such as iron , shower cap , no tea or coffee making facilities.
AC in the room will only work when the door to the balcony is properly locked.
The shower room had a hand held shower which can only be put at a height right next to shower mixer and it was very difficult to have a shower without water going outside the tray. I ended up using the fixed head shower and had to wet my hair.
Breakfast was very good with healthy options but they don't keep English breakfast tea bags 😜
The lift has no ac but only fan which doesn't help in hot weather.

Everything about my stay at Sunday Residence was wonderful and exceeded my expectations!
The location was excellent, the staff was professional and welcoming, and my room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable.
I especially appreciated their courtesy in accommodating an early check-in after my long journey. It was such a thoughtful gesture. The breakfast was also delicious and a wonderful way to start the day.
My only suggestions would be:
1. To offer a paid laundry service, even if outsourced. I have been traveling a while and I was running out of clean clothes.
2. provide guests with recommendations for authentic local restaurants.
I was really looking forward to experiencing Croatian cuisine, but most of what I found around the Riva and Old Town was geared toward tourists. Local restaurant recommendations would be a wonderful addition.
Overall, an excellent stay and I would happily return and highly recommend Sunday Residence!
Very nice room. Yummy full breakfast. Friendly staff. 10 minute walk to the Diocletian Palace. Located directly behind a bus stop. Definitely would stay again.
Nice room Great breakfast, staff always ready to help , Air conditioner. 5 mins walk to old town. We enjoyed our stay very much . Veronica the receptionist provided me with her own phone charger since I forgot mine . She gave us a link where to get the best deal for a boat trip . We need it to do our laundry and we found this beautiful laundry mat 5 mins walk called Pralo laundry . Nice clean . The staff all spoke English that made it easy to communicate. The whole experience was great.
Everything was pretty great. The building was nice; everything was new and in great shape. Nice clean beds, good AC. Gym was very nice. Staff we're willing to help and the bartender is a great guy. Only negative was some of the quarks: key card readers we're finicky and the shower controls were difficult to work (although they do work after some figuring out). Also the shower was setup so that water gets all over the floor if your not careful because there is no lip and the shower was open to the rest of the (very nice otherwise) bathroom.
Staff was rude and unhelpful. Didn’t let us cancel one of our nights even though we had booked months in advanced. Never shared breakfast was included or wifi. Acted as if it was an effort to hold our luggage for a few hours after we checked out. No hospitality.
Hotel is beautiful! Brand new and still working out some kinks but staff are all lovely and helpful.
Was a little hard to find, the hotel entrance is just the sliding doors next to a bus stop. Building says Ad Basilicas Pictas.
Breakfast and fitness room were great, sauna and cold plunge were a nice bonus.
Would absolutely come back!
