A fantastic place to stay in Bilbao, right next to the Guggenheim. We really enjoyed our stay here and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. Ended up eating in the hotel restaurant on the first night and the food was delicious. Good atmosphere in the bar area and a terrace right on the river. The staff are all really lovely but Tania in particular went above and beyond to sort an issue out for us. Absolutely amazing customer service!

The room was clean and comfortable. However for a 5* hotel you expect things to be kept up tomspec. Instead the room was falling apart with rust around the bath, plastic peeling off the shower and ripped furnishings. It's also disappointing to know there is a pool but it costs an additional 20 euros ...
